Hearthstone Facts

  • Hearthstone is a collection of 26 fractional ownership vacation homes located along the ninth fairway of the McCall Golf Course in Spring Mountain Ranch.

  • The homes are just under 2,000 square feet with accommodations for up to six. Each home is fully furnished and features comfortable mountain decor, fully stocked gourmet kitchens with granite countertops, stone hearth fireplace, furnished outdoor patio, and an entertainment center with satellite TV, VCR, DVD and stereo system.

  • Because Hearthstone homes are within Spring Mountain Ranch, owners have full access to all of its facilities and amenities: swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Ranch House Community Center, spa and fitness center, tennis courts, landscaped play areas and more.

  • A full-time Owner Services staff works diligently to ensure every stay at Hearthstone is relaxing and worry-free by arranging for just about anything: lift tickets, groceries, restaurant reservations, tee times, spa/massage services and more. In addition, all home maintenance, including lawn care and housecleaning services are included with Hearthstone ownership.

  • Secure, on-site storage facility for personal items like skis, golf clubs, seasonal clothing and personal possessions is included.

  • As members of the Hearthstone VIP program, owners receive discounts to Brundage Mountain Ski Resort, McCall area golf courses and a variety of local restaurants and shops.

  • When complete, Hearthstone will consist of 26 homes and a total of 208 ownership interests. Some individuals or businesses may choose to purchase more than one 1/8 share to extend their use.

  • Each ownership interest entitles owners to a minimum of 40 days of use per year, scheduled as four full weeks per year, plus four three-night short stays per year. Also, owners may reserve additional time on a space available basis.

  • A 1/8 interest in a Hearthstone home is currently $108,500. Several different financing sources are available for purchasing a Hearthstone vacation home. Typically, up to 80 percent of the purchase price can be financed over a 20-year period at competitive interest rates.
